Can you fix my machine on site? If the part is small enough to be easily replaced we can fix your machine on site. Otherwise, it must be taken to the shop.
Are there extra charges if my machine is taken to the shop? If assistance is required, there may be extra charges. There also may be mileage charges, depending on the distance traveled.
What forms of payment do you accept? Personal checks are accepted. In the near future, we will accept credit and debit cards.
Can you help me to build my own personal gym in my home? We will help you design and build to your specification and budget! To find out more, call or e-mail me.
Do you ever give discounts on first time customers? or repeated customers? As a matter of fact! yes we do! up to 10-20 percent on labor for first time you use our services and by paying Cash on site.
Do you sell Parts? Not at this time. We are trying to stock up as much as we can to save time on your repairs.
Even though we use 3rd day alot, that doesn't always mean parts are available threw our suppliers. Delaying our services to you.
Buying a cheaper model is it worth it? Whether cheap or expensive units,
it all depends on how you maintain it.
Keeping it clean, lubricating moving parts are all an important factor in keeping the life of your machine.
Can you fix a cracked frame on my Elliptical? Yes we can! We have our own fabrication shop that allows us to fix all most anything. We try to take the broken piece or machine to the shop. Only because we do not want to set fire to anything near buy. Hot sparks like to travel and don't always cool so quickly.
Can you finish my basement and turn it into my personal gym? Yes we can! We can plaster and paint the walls if needed,install the rubber flooring. Even get you started with the right equipment!
